This is the Hyper 9e 1/8 scale 4 wheel drive buggy rolling chassis from OFNA. This is not just another nitro chassis that has been converted to brushless power. The Hyper 9e has been completely redesigned to take full advantage of the power that today's modern brushless systems are capable of producing. Using the ultra narrow chassis and suspension geometry from its nitro powered brother, everything between the front and rear end has been completely re-designed. The Hyper 9e features Pro-Line Crime Fighter Tires, V2 Wheels with OFNA PL inserts to keep the insane brushless power hooked up. Also a full set of Lunsford Titanium turnbuckles, CNC steering knuckles, motor mount, and shock towers to increase durability. A full set of 17mm Hard Coated CNC Aluminum threaded shocks for easy adjustment and consistent bump handling. As well as front and rear universal drive shaft's connected to bomb proof steel gear differentials to handle the insane power that brushless motor systems can produce. But the most obvious difference in the design of the Hyper 9e compared to the current crop of brushless 1/8 scale buggies, is the motor and center differential placement. The motor and center differential have been placed at the furthest possible point in the rear of the chassis, and as low as possible, using a extended aluminum center drive shaft to connect the center differential to the front end. This new concept in brushless off road is sure to send other manufacturers back to the drawing board.
